These Rocks are located far away from civilization, the nearest and only one settlement is Ayan, 40 Km. away from the Rocks. Since there is no vessel available, the only way to land on the Rocks is by a small fishing motorboat. It will take two trips (80 Km) to deliver all the equipment and operators to the island. Flights to Ayan are not regular and depends on weather conditions (heavy fogs almost 6 days a week), but if the weather is unfavorable, they state that the operators will wait as long as they can. Their plans are for a 500 watts station into a VDA and Vertical antennas. Since this is an IOTA expedition, focus will be on 2 bands only. They voted for 20 and 17 meters, but it's not confirmed yet and a subject for discussion. Modes will be CW and SSB only. QSL via the OQRS on ClubLog for both direct and Bureau cards.
