4S, Sri Lanka:
     Dariusz/SP9DLM will be on the air from Kalkudah as 4S7DMG between
     August 6 and 14, on 40, 20, 15 and 10m. QSL via SP9DLM.
9M2/4, West Malaysia and 9M6/8, East Malaysia:
     Malaysia celebrates the 61th anniversary of their independence day
     on August 31. The following stations will be on air throughout the
     month:
     9M61MA – Perak
     9M61MB – Selangor
     9M61MC – Pahang
     9M61MD – Kelantan
     9M61MJ – Johor
     9M61MK – Kedah
     9M61MM – Melaka
     9M61MN – Negeri Sembilan

BY, China:
     Lide/BI8CKU originally announced an operation as B0/BI8CKU from
     Lhasa/Tibet in early August, but had to change plans on short
     notice and was already active on 20m and 40m FT8 on July 27/28. QSL
     via BI8CKU (d).
DL, Germany:
     DQ800HRO, originally announced in DXNL 2074, will count for the
     special DOK HSR18 on the occasion of the “Hanse Sail 2018”
     throughout August. QSL via DL5KVV (d/B).
E5, South Cook Islands:
     Dave/G4BUO will be on vacation on Rarotonga Island (OC-013) between
     July 30 and August 6 and get on the air as E51BUO in “holiday
     style” on HF/CW. QSL via G4BUO.
EA, Spain:
     The “Universitat Autonoma Barcelona” celebrates the 50th founding
     anniversary with the special callsign EH3UAB starting August 1
     until the end of the year, on HF / all modes. QSL via EB3GCP (d/B),
     eQSL.
HC8, Galapagos Islands:
     Alfredo/HC1HC will visit Galapagos Island (SA-004) from August 7 to
     10 and plans to be QRV on the WARC bands and if possible 6m (mostly
     FT8) as HC1HC/8. QSL via NE8Z (d).
I, Italy:
     The “ARI Fidenza Club” (IQ4FE) activates various special callsigns
     in the course of this year in order to celebrate important
     milestones of radio history. In August, this is II4VOL, remembering
     Alessandro Volta. QSL via IQ4FE.
LZ, Bulgaria:
     The “Bulgarian Radio Club Blagovestnik” (LZ1KCP) issues their
     annual “All Saints – 2018” award. In August, the special station
     LZ1146SPS will count for this award. QSL via bureau, LZ1KCP (d).
VE, Canada:
     The 200th “Royal St. Johns Regatta” will be celebrated in August
     with the special callsign CY1R on 80m – 6m on SSB, CW, RTTY and
     FT8. QSL via VO1IDX (d), ClubLog OQRS.
ZA, Albania:
     Waldi/SP7IDX will operate from Albania as ZA/SP7IDX from August
     5 to 12 on 40 – 10m (SSB / digital). QSL via SP7IDX.
