Entercom Announces Promotions in Las Vegas

Sin City cluster ups Massenzi, Pooser, Helmick and Llapitan

Entercom has promoted Gina Massenzi to director of sales for Entercom Las Vegas.

The cluster also upped three of her colleagues: Director of Integrated Marketing, Events and Experiences Holmes Pooser will succeed her as the cluster’s general sales manager; Kyle Helmick becomes director of live events and experiences; and Katrina Llapitan is now director of promotions.

“We’re committed to developing our talented team and promoting from within,” said Entercom Las Vegas Senior Vice President and Market Manager Dan Kearney.

In Massenzi’s prior role, she oversaw the cluster’s FM stations: KLUC(FM), KXTE(FM), KMXB(FM) and KXQQ(FM). As director of sales, she adds responsibility for KXNT(AM) and KXST(AM).

Before joining Entercom in 2017, Massenzi was general sales manager at CBS Radio in Las Vegas from 2014 to 2017. She also was GSM for Peak Broadcasting in Fresno, Calif., from 2008 to 2014. Before that, Massenzi had an earlier stint with CBS Radio Las Vegas as GSM from 2005 to 2009.
