Hackett’s Cove, Nova Scotia — Experienced broadcast professional Jeff Wilson has joined Nautel as Regional Sales Manager. Based in his home city of Quincy, Illinois, Jeff will manage Nautel’s Western US sales territory. This territory has been served since 2012 by Ellis Terry, who is retiring from Nautel later this year.

“Jeff is very well known throughout the industry, having attended numerous NAB shows and other national, state and regional shows,” said Wendell Lonergan, Nautel Director of Broadcast Sales. “His technical experience, professionalism and integrity will be an asset to our customers and representatives throughout the western states.”

Prior to joining Nautel, Jeff progressed through increasingly responsible roles during his 20 year tenure at Broadcast Electronics. Most recently he held the positions of Director of Sales and Western Region Sales Manager. “Through his career Jeff has developed a broad understanding of broadcast customer issues, thanks to his extensive knowledge that extends from the studio through to the transmission site,” said Lonergan. Other experience includes time spent as an operations manager and program director for stations in Iowa, Kansas and Florida.

“I am thrilled to be part of the Nautel team. My entire career has been spent serving the radio industry and I look forward to continuing that tradition with Nautel’s current and future customers,” said Jeff Wilson.
