Existing earth stations must be registered with the Federal Communications Commission no later than Oct. 17 to ensure protection from terrestrial interference and to be eligible for the SES help. The recently formed C-Band Alliance is also working to ensure existing spectrum users aren’t harmed by the pending auction.
