GB100RXY activation

Furness Amateur Radio Society in NW England will be operating GB100RXY from a series of venues for 28 days from June 5th as a celebration of 100 years of amateur radio in Furness.

Barrow in Furness Wireless Club were the fifth English club to receive a transmitting licence from the Post Office and Furness ARS are celebrating those pioneers.
