I am reluctant to ask this one. I understand the amateur band plan and how it is divided. Ive noticed tonnes of amateur activity at 6 to 6.3 Mhz and also at 13 to 13.3 Mhz. Ive even noticed it used during contests but i cant find any reference to it anywhere. Is it unoficial or am i crazy.
