Mats, RM2D (ex-XV2D) will be active from Phan Thiet, Vietnam as XV9D during November 18 to December 2, 2018. QSL via LoTW. Note: Due to changes in legislation, foreign citizens can now only use call area 9 (nine) since 2018. This means that XV2D is no longer valid, and is replaced with XV9D.
