9G, Ghana:
Hans, PB2T, continues to operate as 9G5AA until the 7th of June.
The call used to belong to the Voodoo Contest Group. QSL now via
PB2T.

9X, Rwanda:
Kiyo, JR1IZM (9X0AM), has returned to Kigali. Per his QSL manager
JO1CRA it is doubtful though wether he can get on the air due to
work committments.

CT, Portugal:
Bernard, F9IE, will be active as F9IE/CT7 on 60m with 100W and an
inverted-V. QRV until mid-June. Preferred QRGs:CW: 5405 and 5373
kHz SSB: 5403.5 and 5371.5 kHz.QSL via h/c.

EA, Spain:
The special event station EH7MCB will be on the air from a CB-radio
musuem in San Roque until the 9th. QSL via EB7CVL.

EA8, Canary Islands:
EH8FSJ will operate in the context of the ,,Fiestas San Juan
Bautista de Arucas" from Lomo Jurgon bei Arucas (DME 35006) on Gran
Canaria. QRV 10th to 24th of June, QSL via EA8RKL (EURAO-bureau),

ET, Ethiopia:
Ken, K4ZW, brings the club station ET3AA on the air from June 8 to
10, mainly in CW. QSL via N2OO.

F, France:
During June & July 1944 the castle near Creully (DFCF 14020) hosted
a temporary BBC-studio for D-Day coverage. TM5BBC, operating from
June 5 to 13, will commemorate these events. QSL via F2UW.

Likewise in the memory of D-Day TM6JUN will operate again from Utah
Beach. QRV till the 15th of June in CW, SSB and digital modes.
QSL via F6KFW.

And last, but not least, F/ON6JUN/p, manned by a team from
the ,,South Flanders DX Activity Group" (Ops: Willy, ON4LBV,
Xavier, ON4ALY, Fernand, ON6UF, and Jos, ON5SD) will also operate
from Normandie until the 7th. QRV on HF in CW, SSB, RTTY, and PSK.

TM8YT honours the memory of Andre Fleury, F8YT, who did in February.
His station was part of the 1956 feature film "If All the Guys in
the World". QSL via F5KLJ.

TM5AR will get on the air for the "Armada de Rouen", a meeting of
historical sailing vessels. QRV 5th to 19th of June. QSL via F5IL.

G, England:
William Richard Morris (Lord Nuffield) built his first auto-mobile
100 years ago. GB1NUF commemorates this on the air for one month,
beginning on the 8th of June. QRV in CW and SSB on 10, 15, 20, and

HA, Hungary:
HG7DANUBE will celebrate the "Danube Day" (29th of June) for the
whole month. QRV on HF and echolink, QSL via HA7VY.

HL, South Korea:
The special event station DT60US (QTH: Seoul) celebrates the
60-year long partnership between South Korea and the USA. QSL via
WX8C.

LZ, Bulgaria:
Members of the "Radio Club Blagovestnik" (LZ1KCP) will operate with
the call LZ1534GWS to honour the Saint and martyr Georgi Sofiiski.
QSOs will also count towards an "All Bulgarian Saints" award. QSL
via LZ1KCP.

OE, Austria: OE200TH will be QRV 1st of June till the 14th for the 200th
birthday of Theophil Hansen, noted designer and architect.

OK, Czech Republic:
OL140FIRE operates around the 140th jubilee of the local fire
brigade in Horni Marsov and a nationwide meeting of firefighters in
Litomerice. QRV until the 15th of June.

SP, Poland:
The scouts of Poznanskiej-Wildzie are looking back on 100 years of
history. SN100HW operates until the 17th of June. QSL via bureau.

UA, Russia:
1613 saw the end of an imperial crisis in Russia and the rise of
the House of Romanov to power. R400MR commemorates this decisive
event. Ultimately the Romanovs continued to rule Russia until 1917.

V7, Marshall Islands:
Neil, V73NS, reports that members of the "Roi-Namur Amateur Radio
Club" have set up a 6m beacon (V73SIX/B) on Roi-Namur (IOTA OC-028,
WW Loc. RJ3rj). QRG is 50.014. http://www.qsl.net/v73ns/v73six.htm

YL, Latvia:
YL0WANTED operates during the "American Cars Fan Meeting WANTED!"
from the 6th ot the 9th of June. QTH is the castle Krimulda
(Kremon) (WCA YL-00039, COTA-YL V-018), which is also located in
YLFF-001. QSL via ES2TT, if direct an IRC is preferred instead of
greenbacks.

YO, Romania:
Romanian scouts are celebrating their centennial with the call
YP100S. QRV until the end of June on 80 and 40m in SSB. QSL via
YO7HKR.

ZB, Gibraltar:
The Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) has accepted
Gibraltar as its 54th member. For that reason Ernest, ZB2FK, will
put ZB54FK on the air until the 27th of June. QSL via ZB2FK, direct
only.


Silent Key:
Gwen Tilson, VK3DYL, passed away on May 27. After starting in the
hobby in 1980 she took part in numerous YL-DXpeditions: JW0YL
(Svalbard 1998), AX9YL (Norfolk 2000), VK9YL (Lord Howe 2002),
ZK1XYL (Aitutaki und Rarotonga, South Cooks 2002), VK9XYL
(Christmas Island 2003), VK9CYL (Cocos/Keeling 2003), A35YL (Tonga
2005), and YJ0YL (Vanuatu 2005).

Our thoughts are with her family and friends. We are sorry for
their loss.

Asian IOTA-activity by RA9ODD
Grigory/RA9ODD begins a voyage aboard the vessel "Spirit
of Enderby" on the 5th of June. He plans to activate the following
islands:
Sakhalin Island AS-018 (June 5)
Iony AS-069 (June 8)
Shantarskiye AS-044 (June 9)
Malminskiye AS-172 (June 10)
Talan AS-059 (June 12)
Yamskov AS-170 (June 14/15)
Atlasova AS-025 (June 19)
Paramushir AS-025 (June 20)
Landings on the islands are scheduled around local noon, depending
on wx and sea conditions, with the landing on Iony being the most
difficult. QRV as RZ9OWE/0 on 14260 or as RA9ODD/0 on 21260 for a
few hours on each island.

AS-085; HL4; Cholla-Namdo Province (Soan Islands) group: Members of
the Korea Contest Club are planning an activity from Chongsan
Island (WLOTA 1602, WW Grid PM34) which is also part of the
Dadohaehaesang National Maritime Park (HLFF-015). OPs are DS1EVQ,
DS2GOO, DS3GLW, DS4CDA, DS4NYE, HL1CR, HL1OYF, HL1VAU, and HL3AMO,
and their call will be D85C. QSL via DS4NYE, direct only.

EU-043; SM6; Goteborg och Bohus/ Halland County group: OPs
Pierre/SB6A, Rolf/SM6IQD, Sten/SM6MIS, Rick/SM6U, Tomas/SM6XMY, and
Janne/SM6YOF, are teaming up as 7S6W to operate from Vinga Island
(SMFF-3495; SWA-163). They will set up 3 stations with an emphasis

EU-047; DL; Niedersachsen State group: Oliver/DK7TX will spend time
on Wangerooge (DID N-009; WLOTA 2063) from the 5th to the 10th of
June and hopes to put in some hours on the air in holiday-style on
20-10m (DK7TX/P). QSL via DK7TX (d/B).

EU-066; R1O; Solovetskiye Islands: Victor/UA1OEJ plans to activate
Solovetskiy Island as UA1OEJ/p from the 3rd to the 13th. QRV on HF
in CW, SSB, PSK, and RTTY. QSL via h/c (d/B).

EU-076; LA; Lofoten Islands: Ben/DO1BEN, Andy/DL5AND,
Vincent/DL6II, and Georg/DL3YAT are going to Austvagoy Island (WW
Loc. JP78hk) June 8 to 14. QRV as LA5O on HF (including 60m). Check
their homepage for real-time QRG info. QSL via DO1BEN (d/B).

EU-120; GM/MM; English Coastal Islands: GB1VR will get on the air
to commemorate the first Viking Raid onto England in 793. QRV June
7 to 9 from Lindisfarne Island (WW Loc. IO95cq), the site of the
first raid according to Anglo-Saxon chronicles. OPs are Dave/M0DSS,
Alan/2E0ZED, Tom/2E0VAI, Erick/M6ECK, Richard/M0VKX, and
Brendan/M6HOS. QSL only via eQSL.

EU-137; SM7; Skane County group: Lars/SM6CUK will activate Ven
Island (WLOTA 0780) in holiday-style as SA6G/7. QRV 10th to 17th of
June on HF. QSL via h/c (d/B).

EU-137; SM7; Skane County group & EU-138; SM7; Blekinge County
group: Keith/G3TTC is touring through Sweden and Norway, with his
first two stops being Ven Island (WLOTA 0780) on the 6th and 7th,
and Hasslo Island (EU-138) on the 8th and 9th of June. QRV as
SM/G3TTC on 20 and 40m in SSB. QSL via h/c (d/B).

NA-001; C6; Great Bahama Bank group: Operators Drew/N2RFA (C6ABB),
Gene/K2KJI (C6ALC), Ivars/KC4PX (C6APX), and Jay/K2TTT (C6ATT) will
visit New Providence Island (WLOTA 1115, WW Loc. FL15hb) from the
8th to 15th of June. Their main aim is take part in the ARRL June
VHF QSO Party (June 8-10), outside that they will also be QRV on
80-10m in SSB, RTTY, SSTV, PSK31, and JT65. QSL only direct via
homecalls.

NA-105; FS/PJ7; Saint Martin: John/K9EL returns once more to St.
Martin (DIFO FS-001, WLOTA 0383, WW Grid FK88). QRV as FS/K9EL 11th
till 28th of June on 80-6m. He plans daily uploads to ClubLog and
LotW. QSL via LotW and K9EL (d/B).

NA-108; J6; St. Lucia: Bill/K9HZ announces an activation of St.
Lucia as J68HZ from the 8th to the 22nd of June. QRV on 160-6m in
CW, SSB, and RTTY. QSL via LotW, eQSL, and K9HZ (d/B).

NA-181; VE7; British Columbia Province (Estevan group):
Klaus/VE7DKU and Franc/VE7DP hope for favourable wx conditions for
an activity from Barnard Island, June 7 to 9. They hope to be able
to operate 30-15m in CW and SSB. There is a possibility either
before or after this for a short activation of NA-061.

OC-237; YB0-3; Java's Coastal Islands: Edi/YB3EDD, Eddy/YB3VPP,
Samsul/YB3GZS, and Andy/YB3BOA will be the operators behind YE3I
from Gili Ketapang, June 7 to 9. QSL via YB3EDD, direct

SA-020; FY; French Guiana group: Christian/F5UII plans to be on the
air as FY/F5UII between the 5th and 14th of June. During the
weekend 8th/9th he wants to work from the Ile Royale (DIFO FY-008,
WLOTA 0911) as FY/F5UII/p. http://www.f5uii.net/

WWFF Activities

DLFF-027 Biosphaere Rhoen
Members of the DARC Bad Salzugen (X36) plan an outing to this area
for the WFF GreenParty (7th to 9th of June). They plan to set up 3
HF stations for SSB, CW, and PSK, and another one for VHF/UHF.

FFF-519 - Marais Audomarois
Robert/F5RHD will join the GreenParty from FFF-519 as TM62FFF.

LYFF-018 Regionalpark Memeldelta
Heiko/DG1BHA, Fred/DH5FS, Olli/DH8BQA, Oliver/DL1EJA, and
Uwe/DL3BQA are planning a trip to Ventes Ragas (LYFF-018; WW Loc.
KO05oi) for the 11th to 18th of June. The QTH includes the
lighthouse Cape Vente Light (LIT-008). Thanks to a cooperation with
local amateurs they will use the call LY44WFF. The group will
operate mainly on 2m and 6m MS/Tropo and ES, but will also show up
on HF. They will approach the area via a ferry and also hope to
activate grid-squares JO74, JO85, JO95, and KO05 while on their
way. Trips to other WWFF-areas are planned as well.

several mountains in the Zailiysky Alatau region in Kazachstan. The
route will include one peak at over 4000m. Operators Arthur, UN6QC,
Sergey, UN6GAO, and Victor, UN7GIT, will be using the call UP44WFF
on 40-10m in CW, SSB, and digital modes from the following
locations:
