Bye bye FCC. The damage has begun.

I have a friend who is an rf engineer. A good part of his day is spent chasing down rfi – cheap grow lights on display at Home Depot/Walmart that interfere with the pagers doctors use for example.

He is in one of the districts where the FCC has closed their field offices, sold the trucks and are leaving town. He was told that if there was a major problem then they will send in a jump team, but for the most part they are on their own and good luck.

From this point forward, expect no assistance from the FCC except in very limited capacity and in very limited areas.
