Amateur Radio Helps in Locating Woman Lost in Kaimai's:

Bay of Plenty -- A Land Search and Rescue team have located Sheree Tuahuru, who was reported missing in the north end of the Kaimai's, safe and well. Sheree was located near the Waitawheta Hut. Tauranga Police would like to thank the Land Search and Rescue teams and the AREC (Amateur Radio Emergency Communication) Group, for their assistance.
