3D2, FIJI. Dom, 3Z9DX, a member of the Rebel DX Group, is now active as
3D2DOM. Activity has been mainly on 20 meters using CW and SSB. Watch
after 0600z. The following was reported on the Rebel DX Group's FaceBook
page on March 31st: Rebels still on quarantine but playing some radio.
If some of you need any band, slot, mode, point... Just let us know. We
can make a schedule. Preperation for Conway, Rotuma and some rare IOTA

5J39/5J85/5K48, COLOMBIA (Special Event). Álvaro, HK5NLJ, informs OPDX
that there will be three special activation for CW operators to obtain
the "Los Libertadores University Foundation - LRB 2021" certificate.
Look for the following 3 special callsigns to be active between 0001 UTC,
Tuesday, June 1st, through 2359 UTC, Tuesday, June 8th, 2021:

9A25, CROATIA (Special Event). Members of the radio club "Libertas" (9A4J)
will activate the special "Ronald Brown Memorial" callsign 9A25RBM through
April 30th. The special activity is in memory to former U.S. Secretary of
Commerce Ronald Harmon Brown, together with other 34 crew members and
passengers who lost their lives in an airplane crash at 700m asl St. Ivan
Hill, 12km east of Dubrovnik, on April 3rd 1996, while doing final landing
approach to Dubrovnik airport - Cilipi. QSL via address on QRZ.com.
A3, TONGA. Masa, JA0RQV, will once again be active as A35JP from Tongatapu
Island (OC-049) between the end of May and October. He states, "This time,
I will be stationed there as a resident supervisor of the international
corporation project." Activity will be on 80-6 meters using CW, SSB and
FT8. Equipment is an IC-7300 w/100W into a Vertical antenna. QSL via LoTW
and ClubLog, or direct w/2 USDs or by the Bureau via his home callsign
JA0RQV. He states, "If you need paper QSL, please be patient to receive
it because I will be able to issue paper QSL after I return to Japan in
November 2021. Please do not send SASE to my home address." He also men-
tions, "During the period, if possible, I will try to activate some outer
islands again such as Niuatoputapu (OC-191), Niuafo'ou (OC-123), Vava'u
(OC-064) and Ha'apai (OC-169). Details will be announced once decided."
C92, MOZAMBIQUE. By the time you read this, the Russian team that was
active as A25RU from Botswana last week should be active as C92RU near
Barra Beach, Inhambane Province, Mozambique, between April 4-13th. Oper-
ators mentioned are Vasily/R7AL, Leo/UI8J, Vlad/R9LR and Mike/RU3UR.
Activity will be on various HF bands (160-10m) and QO-100 SAT (depends
on propagation) with the priority to most distant regions (NA and ASIA),
using CW, SSB and FT8 (F/H) modes. They will have 4 stations (3 with

UPDATE as of April 3rd (0500z)[edited]: "We finally crossed the C9
border successfully yesterday evening at around 2000z. Due to the total
curfew in Mozambique we were forced to stay overnight in Maputo and
continue the journey next morning. It's still 400 Km to go." Later that
evening, the team arrived at Barra Beach.
DA21, GERMANY (Special Event). Members of the Deutscher Amateur Radio
Club (DARC), a national non-profit organization for amateur radio en-
thusiasts in Germany, are now active as DA21WARD for World Amateur Radio
Day (April 18th) until June 30th. QSL via DK5ON, direct or by the Bureau.
DT8, SOUTH SHETLAND ISLANDS. Lee, DS4NMJ, is part of a scientific team
and is now active again from the King Se-Jong Korean Antarctic Base on
King George Island (AN-010), South Shetlands (VP8/SH), as DT8A until
December 31st. Activity will be on various HF bands using CW, SSB and
FT8, with 100 watts. He has been heard on 40/20 meters using FT8 (F/H)

AS-053. By the time you read this, Jorge, AB6WP, should be active as
HS0ZOK from Phuket Island. Length of stay is not known. Activity
will be on 20/17/15/12/10 meters using mostly SSB with some CW.
He states that this is not a DXpedition. QSL via LoTW or
HS0ZOK.
AS-081. By the time you read this, Lee, HL1IWD, will be finishing up
his HL1IWD/5 operation from Koje Island (April 4th). Activity
will be limited (holiday style) using CW and FT8, with an
IC-706MK2 with Buddistick and endfed wire antenna. QSL via
EA5GL.
AS-148. Lee, HL1IWD, (along with his XYL Kim/KH6IYL) will be active as
HL1IWD/4 from Kogunsan Island between May 1-3rd. Activity will
be limited (holiday style) on 40/20 meters using CW and FT8,
with an IC-706MK2 with Buddistick and endfed wire antenna.

EU-145. By the time read this, Markus, DJ4EL, will be active as CT7/DJ4EL
from Culatra Island until April 10th. Activity will be holiday
style on 40-10 meters using SSB. QSL via LoTW or ClubLog's OQRS.
EU-178. Ed, ES2TT, is planning to be active as ES2TT/8 from Kihnu
Island during a weekend sometime in May. Activity will be on
various HF bands using CW and SSB. Sorry no Digital. QSL via
his home callsign or eQSL.
NA-039/ (Rescheduled again) Members of the Russian Robinson Club, who
NA-070. were to be active as KL7RRC/p from Adak Island (NA-039), Alaska,
(originally scheduled for June), have now rescheduled their
operation for July 14-16th, and Kiska Island (NA-070), Alaska,
as KL7RRC has now rescheduled their operation between July
7-12th. The team has found a charter vessel and are currently
in negotiations. Operators mentioned are Yuri/N3QQ, Rob/N7QT,
Tim/NL8F, Sandro/VE7NY and possibly one more. QSL via N7RO.

JD1, MINAMI TORISHIMA. Take, JG8NQJ, is once again active as JG8NQJ/JD1
from Marcus Island, Minami Torishima (OC-073, JCG 10007), for the next
3 months. He is usually there to work on the island's weather station.
Activity will be limited to his spare time. He will usually be mainly on
17 meters, but may try 40/30 meters and will also be on 20/15/12/10/6
meters using CW (possibly RTTY), with a Yaesu FT-450 and 50W. QSL via
JA8CJY or by the Bureau via JG8NQJ.
JD1, OGASAWARA (Update/Change). Takio, JH3QFL, will be active as JD1BQA
from Komagari, Chichijima Island (AS-031), between April 23-30th (not May
1-7th, as first announced). Activity will be on 160-6 meters with a focus
on 160/80/40/6m using FT8/FT4 and some CW on the RS44 Satellite. QSL via
LoTW or JH3QFL direct only to: Takio Hata, 921-25 Rokujio, Yasu-City Shiga,
JAPAN 520-2412.
JX, JAN MAYEN (Reminder). Erik's, JX2US, activity is quickly coming to
an end, and he is expected to head back to Norway on April 15th. Over
the past week, activity has been on 20 meters CW and FT8. QSL via LoTW,
LA2US direct or ClubLog's OQRS upon his return.
KH6, HAWAII (Special Event). Several Hawaiian Amateur Radio operators
will activate the special event station K6K to celebrate "King Kamehameha
the Great and Hawaii's Rich History." Activity is expected to be between

OX, GREENLAND. Bo, OZ1DJJ, will once again be active as OX3LX between
April 8th and May 1st, but this time from 2-3 different locations. He
will activate two locations on the west coast in Greenland's main island
(NA-018, WW Loc. GP47TA and GP44DE). He will also activate one location
on the east coast in Greenland's Coastal Island South East Group (NA-151,
WW Loc. HP15EO). Activity usually will be on 40-4 meters with a focus
50 and 70 MHz. When not active, he will run a WSPR beacon on 40-6 meters.
He states this is NOT a DXpedition, and the best chance to work him will
be around lunchtime and after dinner (his local time UTC-2), also during
the weekend, possibly at night/morning. QSL via OZ0J direct (see QRZ.com).

P4, ARUBA. Members of the South Carolina DX Association (SCDXA) will be
active from Aruba between July 7-14th. The purpose of the trip is to be
an entry in the IARU Contest (July 10-11th) as P40US. The two operators
are Bill/N4IQ and Bob/ND7J. They will also make as many casual contacts
outside of the contest as P4/N4IQ and P4/ND7J. Activity will be on 160-
10 meters using CW, SSB, RTTY and FT8/FT4. Logs will be posted to ClubLog.

PG96, THE NETHERLANDS. Ruud, PG1R, is now active as PG96WARD from Leersum
until April 30th. Activity is to celebrate World Amateur Radio Day (April
18th) and to remind you that the IARU was founded for 96 years. Operations
will be on SSB, RTTY and PSK. QSL via PG1R, direct, by the Bureau, ClubLog
or LoTW.
PJ2, CURACAO. Jeff, K8ND, will once again be active as PJ2ND from the
PJ2T Caribbean Contesting Consortium's (CCC) Signal Point contest station
on Curacao Island (SA-099, WLOTA 0942) between April 15th and May 3rd

NL0H (NA-040) QSL STATUS. QSL Manager Charles, M0OXO, reports [edited]:
Henry, NL0H, informed me today that he has finally managed to sort out
his QSLs requests that up to now had not been processed. These cards
relate to 2019 & 2020 before I took over the role as his Manager.
He sincerely apologizes for the delay and advises that the cards
will be mailed out the next time he is in Nome on the mainland. Hope-

TM100, FRANCE (Special Event). Members of the Société Havraise de Télé-
graphie Sans Fil (SHTSF) will activate the special callsign TM100SHT to
celebrate their club's 100th anniversary. SHTSF was created just 100
years ago by Raoul Cénac-Thaly, associate professor of physics at the
Lycée for boys in Le Havre, the current Lycée François 1er. With the
Radio-Club du Nord de la France, it is the oldest amateur radio club
in the country. Activity will take place on some weekends starting April
4th through August 1st (see QRZ.com for schedule). For obtaining a special
