Connecticut Radio Amateur Endows ARRL Collegiate Amateur Radio Initiative

A generous donation from Dr. Ed Snyder, W1YSM, of Wallingford, Connecticut, will endow a fund to support the ARRL Collegiate Amateur Radio Initiative (CARI).
