In the last reporting week (February 9 to 15) average daily sunspot
numbers declined from 21.3 to 17.6, and average daily solar flux
rose from 73.5 to 75.1. Average planetary A index dropped from 12.9
to 4.7, and mid-latitude A index from 9.9 to 2.9.
