Pinellas County volunteers earn achievement award

Pinellas County commissioners presented Presidential Lifetime Achievement Awards to eight volunteers who have contributed more than 4,000 hours of service each during the Aug.15 meeting. Lifetime Achievement Awards are given as part of the Presidential Volunteer Service Awards.
