Following the recent introduction of the simplified NoV process for 70.5-71.5MHz, we have received reports of a successful RB-DATV (Reduced Bandwidth-Digital Amateur TV) contact in that new part of the band.
The contact was ~4km between G4CPE and M0SKM near the Dunstable/Luton area.
Members of the BATC have been instrumental and leading development efforts at both 70.5-71.5MHz and 146-147MHz.
