The invitations have been going out over the airwaves between the Longview East Texas Amateur Radio Club, the Tyler Ham Radio Club and beyond, calling all collectors to Kilgore for the daybreak gathering Saturday, May 13. “They call it a ‘tailgate-meet,'” Conrad said this week.
