Any active repeaters/frequency(s) in Atlanta?

New ham, been trying some local repeaters (Union City, Buckhead, Bank of America, etc but all seem to be quiet. Making sure I am not the only one

I have confirmed the repeaters are picking me up as I get the station info when I first transmit.

QRP Tuner/SDR Issue

So I’ve recently built an Omnia SDR (want to give Ron a shout-out for the awesome forum support) and a Four-State QRP Tuner (http://www.4sqrp.com/4stuner.php) to go with it.

Although I’ve run through the instructions and the circuit several times (including having someone else check my work) I’m not getting exactly what’s expected out of my tuner.

Using a 61′ piece of wire for the antenna and 6.5′ counterpoise and trying to match 40/30/20m. I tune the inductor and polyvaricons for the best signal strength on my SDR waterfall. I can see both inductors and the polyvaricons having and effect on the RX strength so I feel that they are behaving as expected. When I think I have the best strength (and it generally looks pretty good), I switch over to TX and try to get a LED SWR bridge match. The issue is that I can’t get the red LED to dim at all (and the green LED doesn’t brighten either).

I’d really like to get the tuner acting as it’s supposed to, but is a good RX match good enough? Since I’m fairly new to HF SDRs, is there something peculiar I should know?

My First NPOTA (probably my one) and SOTA Nov 10, ’16

Tomorrow (as I type) I will be going up to Clingmans Dome in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park about 1300 EST and trying to activate NP26, TR01 (Appalachian Trail), and W4C/WM-001. I’m going to try 2m with two Baofengs and a roll-up j-pole from the observation tower. (I can see Knoxville from there on a clear day, however with the wildfires in the area, I probably won’t.) I will be joined by /u/mtinker with an HF rig and he/we will work 20m and 40m SSB (I thinnk; I don’t code, but he might). This will be until 1600 EST or until the batteries die, whichever comes first. We’ll try to spot on DXSummit.fi, Sotawatch, and on the IRC channel. Please listen out for us!
