Dani, EA4ATI, will continue to operate as 5Z4/EA4ATI from Kenia at
least until July 2014. QSL via EA4YK.

CE, Chile:
The Radio Club Rancagua is running two special events stations
during July. They are celebrating their 77th anniversary with
XR77RG, operating on all bands in SSB and PSK. With the call XR3PN
they are honouring the memory of the poet Pablo Neruda. QSL for
XR77RG via CE4RG, for XR3PN via CE3OEV.

D2, Angola:
Joao, CT2HPM, is operating as D2CT from Luanda until July 26 on
20-10m, mainly in PSK31 and RTTY. QSL via h/c.

E5/s, South Cook Islands:
Andy, AB7FS (E51AND), and YL Kathy, E51KC, are planning a visit to
Mangaia Island (OC-159) from July 15 - 19. Andy wants to operate
holiday-style with a 13m vertical antenna in SSB and CW. QSL via
E51AND, direct only.

ET, Ethiopia:
Ken, K4ZW, will once more operate from ET3AA, the HQ-Station of the
Ethiopian Amateur Radio Society (EARS). QRV July 12 - 19, and 23,
also for the IARU Contest. Before and after the contest Ken will
concentrate on CW and help getting the local students started with
RTTY. QSL via N2OO.

G, England:
RSGB will be running GR2HQ for the IARU Contest from locations in
several DXCCs (G, GJ, GM, GW). QSL via M0OXO (OQRS), LotW.

G3PJT, President of the RSGB will show up on the air with the call

HC, Ecuador:
Members of the Quito Radio Club (HC1QRC) plan to celebrate their
club's 82nd anniversary with the special call HD082QRC. QRV from
the 13th till the 23rd of July on 160-2m in CW, SSB, and RTTY. QSL

Mauro, IZ1DPS, will operate as HC/IZ1DPS until January 2014. QSL

I, Italy:
Giovanni, I0KQB, and Mauro, IZ0WME, are operating II0GM until
August 30 to honour the 139th birthday of Guglielmo Marconi. QSL

ARI is setting up several stations for the IARU Contest: IO1HQ (20
SSB, 40 CW, and 80 CW), IO4HQ (40 SSB, 80 SSB, 160 CW and SSB),
IO5HQ (20 CW), IO8HQ (15 SSB) und IO9HQ (10 CW and SSB, 15 CW).QSLs

LY, Lithuania:
Lithuanian amateurs will activate the following calls to honour the
memory of Steponas Darius and Stasys Girenas, two Lithuanian
aviators who set out for a non-stop flight from New York on July
15, 1933 to Kaunas in Lithuania (a distance of 7186km): LY80B,
LY80DG, LY8vE, LY80G, LY80H, LY80K, LY80L, LY80M, LY80N, LY80Q,
LY80S, LY80T, LY80U, LY80X, LY80Y, LY80Z. After 6411km and more the
37 hours in the air their plane crashed due to unknown reasons.

LZ, Bulgaria:
Bulgarian amateurs are joining the celebrations for 20 years of the
Russian Robinson Club with the call LZ20RRC. QSOs count towards the
Russian Robinson Club - 20 award. QSL via

OH, Finland:
Markku, OH8UV, wants to activate the following locators on 6m

PA, Netherlands:
Fred, PA0FAW, wants to the activate the call PA1813A from the 15th
of July until the 13th of August to commemorate the liberation of
Arnheim from French rule in 1813. QRV in CW and some SSB and
digital modes from JO21wx, JO21xx, JO22va (WFF-PA005) und JO32aa.

SM, Sweden:
SF2013WE is due to appear on the bands in the context of the
European Championship in Women's Football during July.

SP, Poland:
Polish amateurs are joining the Lithuanian Ops in the commemorative
effort regarding the crashed non-stop transatlantic flight 80 years
ago with the following calls: 3Z80LOT, HF80LOT, SN80AAG, SN80FMW,
SN80FMW, SN80JJY, SN80KTR, SN80LOT, SN80MNG, SN80MNK, SN80PRK,
SN80SNU, SN80TAW, SN80WWS. An award is also available.

SN150PS is a special event station commemorating an uprising
against Russian rule 150 years ago. QRV till September 30. QSL via

ST, Sudan:
Sam, K0YAK, is located in Khartoum and will work as ST2SF until
August, using 45W mainly in CW and digital modes. During power
disruptions he will work QRP. QSL via h/c, LotW.

SV, Greece:
Pista, HA8UT, and family (HA8TU, HA8TT, HG8SS, and HA8SS) will
operate from Neoi Poroi (WW Loc. KM19hx) as SW2UT from the 16th to

UA, Russia:
UE10RFF will celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Russian Flora
Fauna Award. An award will also be available.

R400T is celebrating 400 years of the city Teykovo from July till
September. QSL via RA3UAG.

RO70PS calls attention to the liberation of the city Orel from
Fascist rule 70 years ago. QRV July 5 - August 5.QSL via RW3EW,

UT, Ukraine:
The Ukrainian Radioamateur QRP Club celebrates it's 15th
anniversary with the call EO15QRP from July 12 until August 12. QSL
via UT2AB.

EM0ITU is the call of the clubstation of the Ukrainian State Centre
of Radio Frequencies working until July 13 on the bands during the
ITU workshop on spectrum monitoring. QSL via UT3UZ.

EN1025UB marks the christianisation of the Kievan Rus' 1025 years

VU, India:
Arasu, VU2UR, joins the Russian Robinson Club celebratations from

The Radio Club Novi Sad looks back on 88 years of history,

NA-018; OX; Greenland: Pat/N2IEN, Ray/W2RE, and Lee/WW2DX will be
operating AX2DX with 2 stations from a location near Narsarsuaq

NA-022; VP2E; Anguilla: Don, W5SQK, is active as VP2EAF portable

NA-041; KL; Alexander Archipelago: David, K0DCH, announces an
activation of Mitkof Island (USi AK155S, WLOTA 2115) as K0DCH/KL7.

NA-059; KL; Fox Islands: Tim/NL8F will join the RRC jubilee
celebrations as KL7RRC from Fox Islands. QSL via N7RO.

NA-105; FS/PJ7; Saint Martin: Kjerstin (FS/AF6KJ) and Travis
(FS/AF6WU) are active from Saint Martin (DIFO FS-001; WLOTA 0383)
July 10 to 15. QSLs via AF6WU (d/B).

NA-181; VE7; British Columbia Province (stevan group): Klaus/VE7KDU
and Frank/VE7DP are planning an activation (at least 48 hours) from
Barnard Island between the 11th and the 15th. Depending on
transport and weather they hope to be active on 30-15m in CW and
SSB. If possible they also try to activate NA-061 for a few hours
either before or after Barnard. QSL via h/c (d/B).

NA-223; HR; Gracias a Dios Department group: Dan/HM2DMR will be QRV
from Vivorillos Bank as HQ8D, either from the 16th to the 20th or
from the 21st to the 27th, depending on transport. This IOTA group
is one of the most wanted with a confirmation rate of only 9%. The
operation will make use of two stations on HF in SSB, CW, and RTTY.

OC-130; DU8-9; Mindanao Island: Maarten/PA3GZU returns to Mindanao
Island (WLOTA 2803) between the July 13 and August 9 as DU9/PA3GZU.

RSGB IOTA's 50th Anniversary Convention
========================================
The RSGB IOTA Committee is contemplating to celebrate IOTA's 50th
anniversary from the 4th to the 6th of July 2014 at Beaumont House
(Windsor). Roger/G3KMA is asking for expressions of interest in
this event to ascertain if there is sufficient demand for it. For
