The Radio Club Rancagua is running two special events stations
during July. They are celebrating their 77th anniversary with
XR77RG, operating on all bands in SSB and PSK. With the call
XR3PN
they are honouring the memory of the poet Pablo Neruda. QSL for

D2, Angola:
Joao, CT2HPM, is operating as D2CT from Luanda until July 26 on

Andy, AB7FS (E51AND), and YL Kathy, E51KC, are planning a visit
to
Mangaia Island (OC-159) from July 15 - 19. Andy wants to operate
holiday-style with a 13m vertical antenna in SSB and CW. QSL via

ET, Ethiopia:
Ken, K4ZW, will once more operate from ET3AA, the HQ-Station of
the
Ethiopian Amateur Radio Society (EARS). QRV July 12 - 19, and

concentrate on CW and help getting the local students started
with

aviators who set out for a non-stop flight from New York on July
15, 1933 to Kaunas in Lithuania (a distance of 7186km): LY80B,
LY80DG, LY8vE, LY80G, LY80H, LY80K, LY80L, LY80M, LY80N, LY80Q,
LY80S, LY80T, LY80U, LY80X, LY80Y, LY80Z. After 6411km and more
the
37 hours in the air their plane crashed due to unknown reasons.

Bulgarian amateurs are joining the celebrations for 20 years of
