Alex, G0DHZ, is permitted to operate as 3V8SS for 4 weeks during
the weekends, starting from around November 18. QRV on 80-10m with

7020, 10110, 14020, 18090, 21020, and 24900 kHz SSB: 7117, 14220,
and 21220 kHz QSL via homecall, eQSL.

4J, Azerbaijan:
DARC's QSL bureau states that there is no functioning bureau
service in Azerbaijan at the moment.

3DA, Swaziland:
A multi-national team, consisting of Roger, ZS6RJ, Emil, DL8JJ,
Chris, G8APB, John, GW4SKA, Frosty, K5LBU, George, KL7GS, Neil,
VA7DX, Don, VE7DS, Keith, VE7MID, Bob, W5UQ, Victor, WB0TEV, and

5V, Togo:
Wim, ON6DX (ex ON4CIT) will be back in Togo from November 18 on. He
takes up his call 5V7TH again to work on 40-6m in CW, SSB, and

9X, Rwanda:
Nick, G3RWF, once more will be active from Rwanda for about 10
days, starting on the 19th as 9X0NH. He will be joined by Alan,
9X0XA (G3XAQ). Both intend to be active in the CQ WW contest on

C6, Bahamas:
Operators Tim, N4UM (C6ARU), Mike, K4RUM (C6AUM), and Bob, N4BP
(C6AKQ), plan to be active from Freeport on Grand Bahama (NA-080)
between November 19 and December 10. C6AUM and C6AKQ will
concentrate on 160-10m in CW. C6ARU focusses on digital modes on
the WARC bands. CQ WW contest operations by C6AUM on 40m and C6AKQ
on 80m; the ARRL 160m contest will see a M/S entry as C6AKQ. QSL

CN, Morocco:
Andy, DL3YM, announces an operation as CN2YM from Agadir from the
18th to the 24th. QRV on all bands, CW only, with a focus on the CQ

CO, Cuba:
Rey, CO6RD, continues his operation as CO0SS from Sancti Spiritus
until the end of the year. QRV with 100W and dipoles. QSL via
EA5GL, direct only.

FJ, St. Barthelemy:
Georg, FJ/DK7LX, announces a holiday-style operation from St.
Barthelemy between mid-November and mid-December. QRV mainly in CW
(but not during the CQ WW contest), with some RTTY. QSL via h/c.

FS, St. Martin:
John, K9EL, once more activates St. Martin (NA-105, DIFO FS-001,
WLOTA 0383, Grid FK88) as FS/K9EL, this time from the 19th to the
28th, including the CQ WW contest. QRV on 160-10m, including RTTY
on topband. Logcheck on ClubLog and daily uploads to LoTW. QSL via
h/c.

G, England:
GB4RWC will operate in the context of the Rugbyleague World Cup

HC, Ecuador:
Mau, IZ1DPS, will continue to operate as HC2IMP until May 1, 2014.
QSL via IK2DUW, LoTW.

HI, Dominican Republic:
Jim, K8MR, will sign HI/K8MR from Punta Cana between the 15th and
25th, including the CQ WW. QRV with a QRP rig and wire antennas,
focus on the WARC bands. QSL via h/c.

J7, Dominica:
Charlie, K1XX (J79XX), George, K5KG (J75KG), Jim, WI9WI (J79WI),
and Gus, VO1MP (J79MP), are teaming up as J73A for the CQ WW.
Before and after the contest, November 16 to 25 they will operate
with their own J7 calls. QSLs direct via h/c, J73A direct via
WI9WI, LoTW.

KH6 Hawaii:
Fred, NA2U, will get on the air as KH6/NA2U and KH7M (for the
contest) between the 19th and 24th. QRV in CW with some SSB and
RTTY. QSL KH6/NA2U via homecall, LoTW; KH7M QSLs direct only via
KH6ZM (for W/VE), or direct only via I0MWI (rest of the world).

OD, Lebanon:
Sylvain, F5TLN, will remain active as OD5/F5TLN until April 2014.

P4, Aruba:
Valery, R5GA, pays a visit to Aruba (SA-036, WLOTA 0033) from the
16th to the 26th, operating as P4/R5GA and P40F (during the

PJ2, Curacao:
Andy, W9NJY, will get on the air as PJ2/W9NJY from the 19th to the
25th on 160-10m. For the contest he joins the team at PJ2T. QSL

PJ4, Bonaire:
Operators Paul, K1XM, John, K4BAI, Jeff, KU8E, Martin, W1MD, and
Dennis, W1UE, will all sign PJ4/homecalls from the 18th to 26th.
For the contest they will use PJ4A. QSLs PJ4A, PJ4/K4BAI, and
PJ4/KU8E via K4BAI; PJ4/K1XM, PJ4/W1MD, PJ4/W1UE via homecalls.

Likewise from Bonaire Scott, W4PA, Norman, WF7T, and Ward, N0AX,
will be active as PJ4Q from the 18th to the 27th. QRV on 160-10m,
focus on 160+WARC and the CQ WW contest. QSL via W4PA.

PJ7, St. Maarten:
Dennis, K2SX, Les, W2LK, and Andy, K2LE, will sign their
homecalls/PJ7 from St. Maarten (NA-105, WLOTA 0711) from the 19th
to the 26th. QRV during the contest as PJ7W. QSL PJ7W via W2LK, all
others via homecalls.

PY, Brazil:
ZV7O will show up on the bands on the 15th and 16th of November
during the literature festival Fliporto in Pernambuco. QSL via
PY7JN.

PY0F, Fernando de Noronha:
Andre, PP6ZZ/PY7CW, operates until the 26th as PY0FF, including the
contest. QSL via W9VA, LoTW.

S2, Bangladesh:
The Mediterraneo DX Club has assembled a large and experienced team
for the activation of Bangladesh. Team members Ant, IZ8CCW,
Gabriele, I2VGW, Marco, IZ2GNQ,Manjur, S21AM,Eric, ON7RN,Michel,
F5EOT, Stefano, IZ5GST, Aminul, S21D, Rabby, S21RC, Henri, F1HRE,
Heye, DJ9RR, Fabrizio, IZ2KXC, Norbert, DJ7JC, Pino, I8YGZ, Marco,
HB9OCR, Dario, IT9ZZO, Ovidiu, YO9XC, Feri, YO5OED, Fabio IK2LTR,

S21ZBC from the 16th to the 22nd and then, for the contest and the

S5, Slovenia:
Special event stations S506PMC and S506SLG continue to operate
until January 5, 2014, calling attention to the "Peace Messenger
Cities" and a related contest, taking place on January 4/5. QSLs

T33, Banaba Island:
Concluding the T33A expedition, David, N1EMC, will operate as T33X
on the 18th. QSL via h/c, direct only.

TU, Ivory Coast:
Chris, F4WBN (TU5AX), Paul, F6EXV (TU5XV), and Jan, DJ8NK (TU5NK),
are visiting the country for a "Solidarity Radio Operation" between
the 17th and the 30th. They will support the club station TU2CI
with rigs and antennas. QRV on 160-6m in SSB, CW, and RTTY.

Gerry, G3WIP, stays on the Casey Base Station (WAP AUS-02) until
February 2014 operating as VK0GB between 1730z and 0930z. Preferred
frequencies: 7195, 14315, 18130, and 21300. QSL via h/c.

VP2V, British Virgin Islands:
Art, N3DXX, pays a visit to Tortola Island (NA-023) from the 19th
to the 29th (including the contest). QRV as VP2V/N3DXX on all bands
and modes. QSL via h/c.

XT, Burkina Faso:
David, OK6DJ and Petr, OK1FCJ, will be signing XT26DJ and XT2FCJ
(also for the contest) respectively from Ouagadougou from the 17th
to the 26th. QRV on all HF bands in CW and SSB with 100W rigs, a
spider-beam, vertical antennas, and dipoles. QSLs for all calls via

XZ, Myanmar:
Zorro, JH1AJT, has assembled a team for a third activity from
Myanmar from the 15th to the 26th of November. Operators Zorro,
JH1AJT, Franz, DJ9ZB, JC, E20NKB, Champ, E21EIC, Katsu, JA1DXA,
Jay, JA1TRC, David, K3LP, Paul, N6PSE, Peter, PP5XX, Rafael,
PY2NDX, and Kazu, VR2KF, will run 3 to 4 stations around the clock
in CW, SSB, and RTTY using the call XZ1J. QSL via ClubLog (OQRS).

YN, Nicaragua:
Mike, AJ9C, plans an activity as YN2CC around the CQ WW contest
from the 19th to the 27th. QRV mainly in CW. QSL via h/c, direct
only.

Z8, South Sudan:
A multi-national team consisting of Dietmar, DL3DXX, Wayne, N7NG,
Hans, PB2T, Olli, OH0XX, Martti, OH2BH, Pertti, OH2PM, Veijo, OH6KN
und Tevfik, TA1HZ, plans to operate as Z81X from Juba between the
14th and the 28th. Focus will be on the low-bands and the CQ WW
contest. The group and Z81B (IZ0EGB) und Diya, Z81D (YI1DZ), will
also run several workshops for local operators in the form of a DX
University supported by the YASME Foundation. QSL via OH0XX.

ZD8, Ascension Island:
Olaf, G0CKV, Oliver, W6NV, und Jorma, OH2KI, plan to get on the air
around the CQ WW contest from the 19th to the 24th as ZD8M, ZD8W,
and ZD8X from Ascension Island (AF-003, WLOTA 1491, WW Grid II22).
During the contest they will operate on single bands: 40m - ZD8M,
15m - ZD8W, 10m - ZD8X. QSLs via homecalls.

PACIFIC TOUR 2013:
Hrane YT1AD (N9YU), Dragos YU1AKV, Vasiliy RW4NW, Sergey RZ3FW
(N7AFW), and David WD5COV are doing a recon trip around Hawaii,
Samoa, American Samoa, Fiji, and Rotuma to prepare a future
expedition around November 2014 - April 2015.
Their itinerary and calls:

- Hawaii (OC-019), November 13 - 15,
KH6/N9YU, KH6/WD5COV, and KH6/N7AFW.
- Samoa (OC-097), November 16 - 17,
5W7A or 5W6A, 5W0OV, 5W0FW, 5W0NW.
- American Samoa (OC-045), November 18 - 19,
KH8/N9YU, KH8/WD5COV, and KH8/N7AFW.
- Fiji (OC-016), November 20 - 22,
3D2AD, 3D2OV, 3D2FW, and 3D2NW.
- Rotuma Island (OC-060), November 22 - 29, 3D2R.
- Fiji (OC-016) vom November 29 - December 4,
3D2AD, 3D2OV, 3D2FW, and 3D2NW.

Their operation on Rotuma will include the CQ WW contest.
In general they plan activity on all bands in CW, SSB, and RTTY.

T6SM has been approved for DXCC credit.

NOT the QSL-Manager/Route:
The note in last week's DXNL regarding QSL routes via RW6HS was
apparently based on malicious information supplied by OK1DOT. DXNL
does not wish to be a part in such arguments between individual
hams nor become an instrument in the hand of one of the contenders.

AF-090; 5R; Madagascar's Coastal Islands East: Eric/F6ICX plans to
activate Sainte-Marie (WLOTA 1099) from November 16 till December
15 as 5R8IC. QRV holiday-style mainly in CW with some SSB, RTTY,

EU-023; 9H, Malta group: Klaus/DD1AY is going to spend a holiday on
Malta (MIA MM-001, WLOTA 1113) between November 13 and December 4,
where he wants to operate as 9H3GK, mainly in SSB. QSL via DD1AY
(d/B). Olaf/DL4HG and Holger/DL5XAT are going to Gozo Island (MIA
MM-004, WLOTA 0046, WW Loc. JM76cb) from the 17th until the 25th,
intending to operate as 9H3OG and 9H3TX in CW and RTTY on the WARC

EU-026; JW; Spitsbergen Island: Jon/LA8HGA will operate from

EU-129; DL/SP1; Usedom Island: Ric/DL2VFR, Klaus/DL7UXG,
Friedrich/DL4BBH, Matthias/ DK7LV, and Klaus/DL2YBG put DM50IOTA on
the air from sedom (DID O-013, WLOTA 1640) from the 14th to the
17th. QRV in SSB and CW on HF. QSL via bureau.

NA-102; FG; Guadeloupe: Special event station TO0MT from Guadeloupe
operates in the context of the sailing event "Mini Transat" from
November 18 until December 1. QSL only via LoTW and eQSL.

NA-107; FM, Martinique: Dimitry, UT5UGR, pays a visit to Martinique
(NA-107, DIFO FM-001, WLOTA 1041) from the 18th to the 26th and
