The ASTRA's (Association tunisienne des Radio Amateur) Headquarter Club station "3V8HQ" finally get the license and will be in QRV next week at 14/01/2014. At 2 pm, the inauguration ceremony begins. During the ceremony, symbols of authority (TIC Minister, National Frequency Agency ...etc) members, Sponsors and friends will be present.
