Southgate ARC — Goran, SM7DLK and Torleif, SM6YOR, report that from the end of October 2016 the Swedish Post and Telecom (PTS) regulator has been issuing temporary (6 month) experimental licenses for 5351.5 – 5366.5 kHz with 15W EIRP
