National Parks On the Air Update:

A couple of milestones were reached in the ARRL National Parks on the
Air (NPOTA) program last week. Washington,
DC-based Activator Paul Stoetzer, N8HM, became the first amateur to
activate from all 28 NPOTA units in DC, completing that feat on
November 7.
