Banaba Island

Reports indicate that last year's attempt to activate Banaba Island
(OC-018) has been rescheduled during the first part November of this year.

Other details mentioned are:

* The T33A team has booked a larger boat for this trip.
* They also state that the license has been approved by the government
and have obtained landing permission.
* Elecraft is supplying six stations, both radios and amps.
* They are still looking for 2-3 operators to join them on this trip.

For Stateside operators that are interested, they will return before
the Thanksgiving holiday.
