Torre dos Clerigos - special callsign

Portuguese radio amateurs will celebrate the jubilee of one of Porto's landmark sights until the end of the year with the call CS250CLE on all bands and modes.

250 years ago, the construction of the "Torre dos Clerigos" (WW Loc. IN51QD), the bell tower of the Clerigos-church, was finished, and since then it has towered over Porto as the highest bell tower in the country with its 76 meters and 225 steps.
