Masa, JA0RQV, returns to Tonga from May 28 to June 3, this time
to
visit Niuatoputapu (OC-191). QRV as A35JP/p on 80-6m in CW and

running 100W and a vertical antenna. There is no mains power on
the
island, so Masa's operation depends on him finding a suitable
generator or battery. In the case his flight to the island,
which
is situated in the northern part of the kingdom, is cancelled he
plans to visit either Vava'u Island (OC-064) or Tongatapu Island

Jorge, CE3OJZ, has now been posted to an air base on King George

Silent Key:
James H. Abercrombie, Jr., N4JA (ex-K4BMS), died after a fall

his antenna tower on May 14. Jim was 76 years old and was listed

the "Top of The Honor Roll".
