YR0HQ Romanian entry in IARU HF World Championship The YR0HQ will be the HQ station representing the Romanian Amateur Radio Federation (FRR), as an IARU society member, in the IARU HF World Championship (July 12-13th). The contest log will be uploaded into LoTW, ClubLog and eQSLcc. Paper QSLs are via the Bureau or direct from YO3KAA. To encourage contacts with YR0HQ, on both modes and on all six bands during the 2014 IARU HF World Championship, the Romanian Amateur Radio Federation (FRR) will offer, free of charge, a printable award in PDF or, JPG format. This award, will be issued in 4 Classes to all those who can prove at least 3, 6, 9 or 12 contacts with YR0HQ, as follows: YR0HQ 2014 Award - Extra Class: 12 QSOs YR0HQ 2014 Award - Class 1: 9 QSOs YR0HQ 2014 Award - Class 2: 6 QSOs YR0HQ 2014 Award - Class 3: 3 QSOs To prove the contacts, send a log extract or a copy of the Cabrillo log via E-mail, no earlier than 30 days after the end of the contest but no later than November 1st, 2014, to: yo3apj@gmail.com OPDX
