Interference on 2 meters

I am trying to solve an issue I am having with interference on the 2 meter band. I know it’s coming from my computer but I not sure exactly how to eliminate it. The computer is plugged into a grounded UPS, I have tried unplugging the of all cables from the computer but the only thing that makes the interference go away is to completely power down the tower. Has anyone seen and solved an issue like this before?
