LOTW using SSB, LSB, or USB in logging software?

My logging software allows me to put SSB, LSB, or USB as my mode of operation. When syncing with logbook of the world I have been using SSB for any voice communication, however I have noticed much fewer confirmed QSLs on voice then I do on JT65. Is this because Im not using LSB or USB and my record is not matching that of my QSO partner?
