5H, Tanzania:
Maurizio, IK2GZU, is going to visit a hospital and orphanage, both
part of the Mission Ilembula, in Tanzania from March 14 to April
11. He plans to get on the air as 5H3MB during his free time. QRV
with 100W, a tribander yagi, vertical, and wire antennas. QSL via

5V, Togo:
Franco, I1FQH, will be back on the air as 5V7DX from Kpalime in
central Togo until the end of the month. QRV mainly on 12 and 10m
in CW and SSB. QSL via h/c, LoTW.

7P, Lesotho:
Peter, EI7CC, will be paying his brother-in-law Gerry (EI8CC,
7P8CC) a visit and operate holiday-style as 7P8PB from March 14 to
April 3. Gerry is Ireland's ambassador in Lesotho. QSL via h/c,

9N, Nepal:
Andy, UA3AA, remains on the air as 9N7AA until May 23, often
battling high local QRM. QSL via homecall, direct only.

A3, Tonga:
Masa, JA0RQV, announces his 6th visit on a work assignment to
Nuku'alofa on Tongatapu (OC-049) for March 14 to 20. During his
free time he wants to operate as A35JP. QRV during the local night
hours (UTC + 13h) and during the weekends on 80-6m in CW and SSB,
running 100W and a vertical antenna. QSL via h/c, LoTW.

C9, Mozambique:
Gert, ZS6AYU, gets on the air once more holiday-style from Bilene
as C91GR. QRV from the 16th to the 19th on 40-10m in CW, running
350W into a vertical antenna. QSL via h/c.

CN2, Morocco:
James, W7EJ, will be back in Morocco on March 12 to operate the
Russian DX Contest (March 15/17) and the CQWW WPX SSB Contest
(March 29/30) as CN2R. QSL via h/c, direct only.

Bernd, DL2DXA, remains active as CN2XA from Agadir until March 14.
QRV mainly on WARC bands and 10m in CW. QSL via homecall.

D4, Cape Verde:
Henryk's (SM0JHF) visit to Mindelo on Sao Vicente is going to last
until the end of March, and will see him operating as D44CF with

E7, Bosnia and Herzegovina:
Members of the Akademski Radio Klub (E74EBL, ex-YU4EBL) in Banja
Luka are celebrating their club's 50th anniversary on the bands

GI, Northern Ireland:
The West Tyrone Amateur Radio Club plans to celebrate St Patrick's
Day on the air with the call GB1SPD from Omagh. QSL via

LY, Lithuania:
Sam, LY5W, will be active all year long with the call LY10NATo to
mark Lithuania's joining of NATO 10 years ago. QSL via homecall,
LoTW, eQSL. Sam welcomes stamps for his collection in direct
letters.

Jonas, LY5A, celebrates Lithuania'S regained independence 24 years
ago with the call LY24A. QRV until April 11. QSL via h/c.

LZ, Bulgaria:
Radio amateurs in Plovdiv are celebrating 60 years of their club
station LZ1KSP with the call LZ60KSP and a corresponding award all
year long. QSL via LZ1JZ.

OA, Peru:
Hutch, NK0S (HL9HP, YS9HH, HP1XHH), announces a holiday-style
operation from the station of the Peruvian club with the call
OA4/NK0S. QRV from March 12 to 25, mainly SSB and some CW and
digital modes. QSL via h/c, LoTW.

Vlad, UA4WHX, has now been heard on the bands as OA7/UA4WHX. As
always, how long he is going to remain active is unknown. QSL via

PA, Netherlands:
Members of IPA will be active as PG200KMAR between now and February

The occasion is the 200th anniversary of the Royal Military

Special event station CJ3A calls attention to the 75th anniversary

YU, Serbia:
YU120STEPA celebrates the founding of the elementary school Vojvoda

YU100CER commemorates the Battle of Cer, which took place 100 years
ago. QRV until the end of the year.

S0, Western Sahara:
Newly licensed operator Azman Hafed "Man", S01AH, is soon to be
expected on the air from Bir Lehlu (WW. Loc. IL56hb). QSL via
EA2JG, direct only.

Naama, S01A, plans to get onto 60m (5403.5 kHz) during March. On
Sunday he was active on 15m in SSB around 1345z. QSL via EA2JG,

SP, Poland:
HF15NATO marks Poland's joining of the treaty 15 years ago.

XZ, Myanmar:
Zorro, JH1AJT, will be back in Myanmar on behalf of the Foundation
for Global Children from the 15th to the 21st. He plans to be

YS, El Salvador:
Hiro, JA6WFM, remains active as YS1/NP3J until the end of the year.

Silent Key:
Uli Tillmann, DJ7QX, keen CW and digital modes operator died aged
74 on March 4.

John Huntoon, W1RW (ex-W1LVQ), died aged 97 on February 23. John
used to be ARRL Assistant General Manager, he was a past ARRL
Secretary and treasurer, Secretary of the IARU and QST editor.

Nancy A. Kott, WZ8C, passed away aged 58 on March 2. Nancy was
FISTS coordinator for North America and the former editor of
WorldRadio and WorldRadio Online.

Our thoughts are with their families and friends. We are sorry
for their loss.
