The reflector didn't specify the name of the island, but did mention the WFF reference 3WFF-007, which is Cat Ba island. They plan to operate 5-28 MHz with the possibility of adding 80m and 160m later on. QSL 3W1D via SP5PB The mgr for 3W4DK is yet to be determined.
