About to get Yaesu FT-60R. Why is there so much price differences between websites, and is it safe to just get it from the cheapest website?

I was looking at the Amazon link which lists it over $170. Then, I did a brief Google search, where I found it under $140 with free shipping. Should I just grab that one?

Also, what other accessories would you recommend?
