Dry Tortugas NPOTA Activation

Hey all,

Thought I’d make a post here that W2LI will be activating Dry Tortugas National Park in the Gulf of Mexico tomorrow, Sunday November 13th starting around 12 pm ET, and ending on Monday the 14th around 2pm. In addition to being a semi-rare NPOTA unit, it’s also an IOTA, and is in one of the most wanted US grids for 6 meter FFMA as well as satellite grid hunters.

We’ll be active on the FM birds, and hopefully the SSB birds as well. We’ll also be active on 40 through 6 meters (resonant verticals for 40/20/17/15/10, a 6 meter mox, and a magloop for 30 meters) doing SSB/Digital/CW.
