DTMF pad for vintage radio

I recently bought a Kenwood TS-790A (2M/440/1.2G) tri-bander that came with the standard mic that has up/down buttons on it. The manual states that I need a DTMF pad if I want to transmit tones (which I need to do from time to time to manage our repeater). It says the MC-48B microphone has the DTMF pad built-in (a lot like a more modern rig, I suppose), but those mics are unobtainium it seems. Anyone have one lying around unused?

If I’m unable to find this mic, what are my options here?
