Earphone/microphone for HT

I performed my first public service work yesterday by helping to provide communications for a local parade. I brought a pair of my favorite earphones that I use with my iPhone when listening to music, etc. This, at least, helped me hear. But I still needed to unclip the radio from my belt to talk into the mic on the HT.

I have an Icom ID-51A Plus HT. As is typical of Icom, their accessory prices are quite high. Does anyone have a recommendation for an earphone/mic/PTT combo that works well and is more reasonable in price? If I were doing this frequently I’d just buy the Icom and be done with it. But I’m likely to use this maybe 6 times a year.

I would be interested in either lapel mics or a mic in the earphone. I don’t want a boom mic for 2m on HT use.
