Help please !!!

Looking for some help and info have a base s Set up with a 102″ whip at the top of a 30′ steel pipe pole ground to the ground with a bracket I made to tip it down when need be and 2 steel rods X thru top of pipe just below antenna for ground plan and my swr’s are right with a lot static coming thru radio any help with any idea you may have would be great thanks
