How to get multiple programmable radios to talk to eachother?

Hi,

I am looking to create a small network of the Leixen Note 25 watt handhelds. (I am not changing radio models so please do not suggest that) and a small mobile unit which is 25w as well. Each is programmable so how do I get all of them to talk to eachother without changing channels? Thanks
