3B8, Mauritius:
Mart, DL6UAA is back on Mauritius (AF-049) and plans to operate as
3B8MM on 80m - 6m until the end of the month. Main activities will
be in CW, with limited SSB and digital mode operation. QSL via

3D2, Fiji:
Wes, ZL3TE will operate as 3D2SE again from Viti Levu (OC-016,
WLOTA 0055, WW Loc. RH82pb) from April 11 to 14, including the
Japan International DX CW Contest (April 12/13). Outside the
contest he will operate CW mostly and some digital modes. QSL via
homecall, LoTW.

9A, Croatia:
Members of radioclub "Dubrovacko primorje" (9A4J) will activate
the special callsign 9A18RBM in order to remember US Secretary of
Commerce Ronald Harmon Brown, who passed died in an airplane crash
in Dubrovnik on April 3rd, 1996. Activities will extend to April
15. QSL via bureau.

CN, Morocco:
Carlos, CT1QP, will be on the air as CN2CL from Hassilabiad until
April 15. QSL via homecall.

DL, Germany:
The special event station DL60DAB marks the 60th anniversary of the
first licensed radio amateur station in Dabendorf, in 1954.

DU, Philippines:
Steve, N2AJ will visit the Philippines from April 2 to 28 and
operate as DU1/N2AJ and DU3/N2AJ, thanks to the support fromthe
"Philippine National Telecommunications Commission" (NTC), the
"Philippine Amateur Radio Association" (PARA) and this friends
Robin, DU9RG, Christine, DU3YL, and Larry, DU3/N0QM. He'll operate
in holiday style from Manila and Angeles. QSL via homecall.

EA, Spain:
The special event callsign EH4GT remembers the painter El Greco,
from April 14 to 24. QSL via EA4TE, bureau preferred.

Members of the Paloma Radioclub Motril will operate as EG7MSP on
the HF bands to celebrate the Holy Week, from April 13 to 15. QSL
via EA7RCM. Also EG7MSM will be on the air during this time frame.

EH6ARD is a special callsign to celebrate the World Amateur Radio
day (April 18), QRV from April 14 to 20 on 10 - 40m in SSB, CW and
RTTY. QSL via EA6QY.

F, France:
Jean, F5UM, Francois, F8DHN, Alain, F4CZH, Gabriel, F4GMD,
Philippe, F4GFX, Raymond, F5ADR, and Claude, F5AYZ will remember
Jean Moulin of the French Resistance during WW2 with the special
event callsign TM9JM until June 25. He is remembered today as an
emblem of the Resistance, owing mainly to his role in unifying the
French resistance under de Gaulle and his courage and death at the

HC8, Galapagos:
World traveller Vlad, UA4WHX, is operating as HC8ART since March 30
from Isla Isabela (SA-004, WW Loc. EI49mb) in RTTY, CW and SSB. As

HA, Hungary:
Jaszszentlaszlo celebrates 140 years - the local radio amateurs
from the club station HA8KUX will operate the special event
callsign HG140JLO until the end of the year, from both
Jaszszentlaszlo (WW Loc. JN96vn) and Szeged (WW Loc. KN06bg). OPs
are Feco, HA8KW, Feri, HA8ZE, Sanyi, HA8RG, and Tomi, HA8RT. They
are all CW enthusiasts, but will also work some SSB. QSL via HA8KW,

I, Italy:
Members of the "Associazione Radioamatori e Computeristi"
(A.Ra.C.) will air the special callsign II0SPQR in order to
celebrate the foundation of Rome, 2767 years ago, during April. QSL

J8, Grenadines:
Brian, GW4DVB, will be QRV again as J88PI from Palm Island
(NA-025), April 13 to 23. Main activities will take place in SSB

KH8, American Samoa:
Guenter, DL2AWG, Hans, DL6JGN and Ron, PA3EWP will visit American
Samoa from April 9 to 20 and operate with KH8/homecalls from 40m to

SP, Poland:
Dionizy, SP6IEQ, will activate the special callsign 3Z14EASTER from

SN150SZ will operate until November 30 to remember the 150th
birthday of the writer Stefan Zeromskiego (1864 - 1925). QSL via
SP7PCA.

VP5, Turks and Caicos:
Steve, VE3OC, will be VP5/VE3OC from Providenciales (NA-002) from
April 9 to 14. QSL direct via homecall, LoTW or eQSL.

XV, Vietnam:
Hams in Vietnam can now enjoy the extended 40m band up to 7200 kHz,
the 30m band and new frequencies on 80m up to 3900 kHz, as well as
the new 600m band (472 kHz - 479 kHz) and 160m (1800 kHz to 2000
kHz). The new band plan can be retrieved in this document on p. 27:

Maritime Radio Day:
This year's MRD takes place between April 14, 12 GMT and April 15,
22 GMT in order to remember the era of wireless maritime radio
operation. All radio amateurs are invited to join this event:

Ivan, F3AT - 100 years!
On April 7th, Ivan, F3AT celebrated his 100th birthday. He received
his license in 1931, 83 years later he is still very active on the
bands. He's listed in the DXCC Honor Roll with 388 entities and an
active member of UFT, FOC, CDXC (F) and many other clubs and
associations. Happy Birthday!

March 26th.

S7 from April 6 to 25 and operate in holiday style as S79WK, with a
KX3 and simple antennas. After his stay on Praslin Island (April
6-11), he will try to be QRV as S79WK/mm aboard the MS Pegasus,
followed by an operation from Mahe Island (April 19-25). QSL via

AS-031; JD; Chichijima/ Mukojima/ Hahajima Islands: Minekazu/JA2NQG
will operate as JD1AAI from Chichijima Island from April 9 to 17. A

EU-184; OH8; Oulu Province group: Jukka/OH3OJ plans to show up
around the IOTA frequencies as OH3OJ/8 from Hailuoto Island (WLOTA

NA-085; W4; Florida State North West (Bay to Wakulla County) group:
Bruce/K5TEN plant vom 13. - 19. April Dog Island (USi FL-005S) im
Franklin County als K5TEN/4 zu aktivieren. Er will von 40 - 10
Meter in SSB , CW und falls moeglich auch Digi-Mode Punkte fuer das
IOTA- und US-Island-Diplom verteilen. Wenn es die
Transport-bedingungen zulassen will er ebenfalls versuchen auf 6

OC-106; YB5; Natuna Besar Islands: Imam/YB4IR plant seine naechste
IOTA-Expedition. Vom 10. - 14. April ist als YB4IR/5 von Natuna
Island QRV. IOTA-Punkte will er in CW, SSB und RTTY von 40 - 10
Meter verteilen. QSL via ClubLog (OQRS).

SA-086; CE2; Coquimbo/ Valparaiso Region group: A big team,
consisting of Nick/XQ1KZ, Carlos/XQ1CR, Dercel/CE3KHZ,
Alfredo/XQ3WD, Danilo/XQ4CW, Marco/CE1TBN, Jose Luis/CE1KR,
Pablo/CE1UMY, Domingo/ CE1DY, Claudio/XQ1FM, Julio/CE3OP, Sergio/
