ARISS:
The high school of Markt Indersdorf in Germany eagerly awaits
its
chance for a contact with the ISS on Thursday (1208z to 1219z).

Silent Key:
Martyn, G3RFX, died on June 20. He was a member of the CDXC
committee. In his professional live, Martyn was a moderator with
the British Forces Broadcasting Service. Lately he also taught
in
the University of Bristol's School of Modern Languages. He was
frequently to be met on the air as ZB2FX and 8P9FX.
Wes Wysocki, SP2DX, died on June 15 aged 82. He first became a
ham
in 1948 (SP8XA) and represented the Polish national club PZK at
meetings and conferences of IARU Region 1.
Our thoughts are with their families and friends. We are sorry
for
their loss.

activity from June 25 to July 13 as LA/DM2AUJ. QRV on HF mainly

NA-062; W4; Florida State (Florida Keys) State group: Bill/K5WL
will be vacationing on the Florida Keys from the 21st to the

Greenland tour by Michael (DB5MH):
Michael/DB5MH plans a 280km solo tour through Greenland during
July. The whole tour is a charity activity supporting a BMX and
skate park in Thedinghausen. His route will lead him through the
western part of the island where he hopes to activate NA-018
(Greenland) and NA-220 (Greenland Coastal's Islands South West).
About half of the tour he has to rely on a lightweight dingy,
which
he also has to carry over land together with all his provisions
and
rig. He will be running a solar-powered FT817, signing OX/DB5MH.
His pilot station will be Harald, DJ2II, from Bremen. Michael
expects to get on the air not before 20z.
