Yagi questions

I want to build a Yagi, or few, and was wondering what the bandwidth was. I’m looking to build some for freqs between 470-698mhz. If I made one for let’s say 560mhz, could I use it on 575mhz without much issue or are the elements too specific? Also, I don’t know how to actually make one. I’ve read that you don’t want your elements to actually have a conductive path between each other so your center piece needs to be non conductive or elements connected with non conductive material. Any help is appreciated, thank you.
