HAM SECRETARY, NEW VERSION -
Hello all friends !
I would like to inform all that I do a new version HAM_SECRETARY
for print QSL cards, envelopes, bookmarks, sort and translate files
adif, csv, txt.
HAM_SECRETARY version 3.3.1 at 17.08.2014 year
-In this release introduces significant changes in
improving the functions of the program and enhance the user interface,
based on the user feedback, and previous experience:
-Deleting checkbox  ---Automatically Align cells from the cursor position
-This does not mean, that this align program does not make.
Program such align does the most, but without the need to
turn on and off this checkbox by the user. Past practice has
shown that users was switching this checkbox in a not suitable
moments - often causing the deformation pattern, resulting
in large obstacles in the design of the pattern table. The result was
the phenomenon that usually printing elements exceed the allowable
area, or pattern exceeded acceptable limits and you could scroll
by the mouse pattern table. Such a phenomenon was evidenced as
 the incorrect pattern table.
-Now the program itself determines the moments when the alignment is
switch on and off. User have on the screen exactly written what
must do to correctly design the pattern array. If you will do it
exactly, this design pattern table should no longer do such problems.
-Disposed in the tabs button Exit to the main menu, replacing it with the
button Exit from a program. I noticed that the users tried after
going to the main menu again call other functions or do the same
function again, which caused errors later in a program. These errors
were due to the lack of reset some of the structures in the program,
for which the reset functions do not work properly.
- Changes in part for PZK serwer and OSEC polish list station,
because PZK did changes. Final version must be yet coordinating
  with webmaster page PZK

UPDATED WORLDWIDE AMATEUR 5 MHz ALLOCATION CHART -
Hi All,
It has been several months since the last version of the Worldwide Amateur 5 MHz Allocations Chart has appeared.
Due to the increasing amount of allocations and in terms of readability and accommodation it has no longer proved possible to retain it in an A4 pdf-type format.
Consequently it has become necessary to re-configure it into an alternative (excel file) format. Apologies that the information is not available in as 'at-a-glance' format that was previously possible, but it is hoped it is as comprehensive.
The current updated Worldwide Amateur 5 MHz Allocations Chart can be found at http://tinyurl.com/oofmemh
Cheers
