IOTA News from the Deutscher Amateur Radio Club 14 August, 2014 Island activities: IOTA QRGs CW: 28040 24920 21040 18098 14040 10114 7030 3530 kHz SSB: 28560 28460 24950 21260 18128 14260 7055 3760 kHz AS-173; VU; Tamil Nadu State group: VU2LU, VU2GGM, and VU2JHM plan to activate Pamban Island from the 13th to the 17th as AT5RP, running two stations in CW and SSB. This will be the second ever activity from the island after AT0RI in 2004. Stations will be located at the lighthouses Pamban Channel (ARLHS IND-048) and Rameswaram (ARLHS IND-058).
