This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by

AZERBAIJAN, 4J. Special event stations 4J20RO and 4K20RO are QRV to
the end of 2013 in celebration of the 20th anniversary of the
Russian Centre of Science and Culture in Baku. Activity of late has
been on 30 to 10 meters using mainly CW. QSL both calls via
4J6RO.
MALDIVES, 8Q. Jim, G3VDB will be QRV as 8Q7EJ from Komandoo Island,
IOTA AS-013, from May 13 to 26. Activity will be holiday style
mainly on 20 meets using CW and SSB. QSL to home call.
CUBA, CO. Lazaro, CO2WL, Gustavo, CO2NO, and Rene, CO2RVA will be
QRV as T42T for the Volta World Wide RTTY Contest. QSL via
HA3JB.
JERSEY, GJ. Members of the Jersey Contest Group will be QRV with
special call sign GH3IT on May 11 and 12. The purpose of this
operation is for pile-up training purposes prior to major contests.
Activity will be on all HF bands using CW and SSB. QSL via
operators' instructions.
SCOTLAND, GM. Members of the Camb-Hams are QRV as GS3PYE/p from the
Isle of Mull, IOTA EU-008, until May 16. Activity is with five
stations on 160 to 10 meters, including 60 meters and possibly 6, 4
and 2 meter with some EME if conditions allow. They may also be
active on 472 kHz. QSL via operators' instructions.
GALAPAGOS ISLAND, HC8. Operators Alex, HD2A and Alberto, HC2AQ will
be QRV as HD8A from Santa Cruz Island, IOTA SA-004, from May 15 to
19. Activity will be on the HF bands. QSL direct via HD2A.
DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, HI. Ronny, OT4R is QRV as HI7/OT4R from Punta
Cana, IOTA NA-096, until June 1. Activity is on 20, 15 and 10
meters each day around 2000 to 2200z. QSL to home call.
JAPAN, JA. Special event station 8J2KSG7X is QRV until October 31
in celebration of the 70 year jubilee of the city of Kasugai.
Activity is on all bands and modes. QSL via bureau.
FAROE ISLANDS, OY. Carsten, OY1CT is QRV as OW75FOC during the
month of May in celebration of the 75th anniversary of the First
Class CW Operators' Club. Activity is on the HF bands. QSL to home
call.
NETHERLANDS, PA. A group of operators will be QRV as PF24MILL on
May 11 and 12 in celebration of Holland's National Windmill Day.
Activity will be on 40, 20 and 10 meters using SSB and digital
modes. QSL via bureau.
POLAND, SP. Special event station HF500PILA is QRV until May 31 in
celebration of 500 years of the city Saw and 100 years of Pila
airport. QSL via SP3YAC.
DODECANESE, SV5. A group of operators are QRV as SX5KL from
Kalolimnos Island, IOTA EU-001, until May 20. Activity is on all
bands and modes. QSL via SV1GRM.
CRETE, SV9. Alessandro, IK4ALM and Carlo, IZ4WJA will be QRV as
SV9/home calls from May 13 to 20. Activity will be on 40 to 10
meters using CW and SSB. QSL to home calls.
ANGUILLA, VP2E. Rich, KE1B and Anna, W6NN are QRV as VP2EAQ and
VP2EAR, respectively, until May 16. Activity is on 40 to 10 meters
using CW, SSB and RTTY. QSL to home calls.
INDONESIA, YB. Members of the Organisasi Amateur Radio Indonesia
will be active as YE30P from Merauke from May 15 to 17 in
celebration of the 30th Anniversary and Provincial Congress of ORARI
Daerah Papua. Activity will be on all HF bands and modes with two
Stations. QSL via YB9WR.
PRINCE EDWARD AND MARION ISLANDS, ZS8. Carson, ZR6CWI and David,
ZS1BCE will be QRV as ZS8C and ZS8Z, respectively, from Marion
Island, IOTA AF-021, while on work assignment until April 2014. QSL
via ZS1HF.
THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO. The CQ-M International DX Contest,
Portuguese Navy Day Contest, FISTS Spring CW Sprint, NCCC RTTY
Sprint, NCCC Sprint CW Ladder, Slobozhansky Sprint Contest,
VK/Trans-Tasman 80-Meter Phone Contest, EUCW Fraternizing CW QSO
Party, SKCC Weekend CW Sprintathon, VOLTA World Wide RTTY Contest,
HPC World Wide DX BPSK63 Contest, Nevada Mustang Roundup and the 50
MHz Spring Sprint will certainly keep contesters busy this upcoming
weekend. The RSGB 80-Meter Club Data Championship is scheduled for
