SU8N Nelson's Island 'New IOTA'

SU8N Nelson's Island IOTA & Lighthouse DX-Pedition 3-10 May AF-109. (New IOTA) and World Lighthouse On The Air (WLOTA) reference -2694

Members of the Egyptian Radio Amateur Society (ERASD) will go to Alexandria Friday Morning and plan to be active as SU8N from Geziret Disuqi (aka Nelson's Island), during May for about one week (May 3-10th).

"Nelson's Island" is approximately 20 kilometers east of the Egyptian port of Alexandria, four kilometers north of Cape Aboukir. Nelson's Island is approximately 350 meters by 150 meters.

Activity will be on HF bands 7, 14, 18, 21, 24 and 28 Mhz.
